This blog is all about being the women you have always wanted to be, and I think this is relevant as it International Women's World this week on Tuesday and as women we should get in touch with our a gender as we can be the one who takes charge and does so much for other people, and the greatest woman of them all is. Queen Elizabeth The Second and how much she had done in her life.
She has had to deal with a lot in her life and now can celebrate her Jubilee and long reining Monarch we have had and sometimes its as if she can be seen to others as not human, yet she is and still her life is being judged and I went against her for a bit because of Lady Diana, but she is a normal human being and she has travelled all over the world and is her duty and being a mother, sister and aunty too, and being part of a big family she still having to make important decisions and imagine having to do this and having to handle war and how she connected with us as English born citizens during the Second World War for example and having Ukraine under fire, she's been there and yet she lives on, beyond anyone's expectations.
As woman we have had to try I think often, a lot more than a man because of it being a "Mans world" a lot of the time and so in some circumstances we have had to work a lot harder, like Karen Brady when she became the first Managing Director in English football and she was instantly put on the judgement stand, why she had to really prove herself in football and married a footballer herself, and then there is women football players and I remember people saying, "How can they be footballers when they are women". I think the women's football being on TV and getting a good attendants at the last world cup made a difference and has now, become recognised that they are on BBC TV channels and ITV and Sky, and in America the Women's football is one of their biggest sports.
I have seen it where women can be catty, like bitching against other women when all they trying to do is make an impression themselves, and I remember working in a call centre where it did become competitive and many women there became against other women, to the point they'd ignore you or when doing first aid training, there were two women there would allow me to join in as being odd numbered and felt like like at school, the odd one out.
As a woman we should come together and support each others, and so cheers to all you fellow ladies out there and have that glass of wine, and be proud of yourselves.
Many thanks for reading,
Carrie X
