I went for a lovely walk today walking from Morden to Colliers Wood and in a place I have never walked, which I believe to be part of the Waddle River from Wimbledon to Colliers Wood and felt so good to be able to explore again, and good to see the sun out too.
I even did an indoor workout that I have used before and it is a 20 minute walk routine that you can do at home which is eqivalent to One mile and glad to have done that. I am not saying like "I'm so great I can walk and wow look at me" , but even when I at first weren't gonna exercise because of excuses I still did it, and so can you.
Pick what exercise suits you and just make sure you have the right clothes on that are comfortable, as must for walking.
I did some shopping too today and bought another pair from TU Sainsbury's, exercise bottoms and only £16 and love them, I filmed a shop with me so gonna upload this this week and whilst writing been watching some Youtube. I applied for a job working in a school during half term and so finger crossed that happens.
I like to do different types of work and I am feel I am in a good position to do that, and I'd say this to everyone. FOLLOW YOUR HEARTS AND DREAMS!

It has taken a lot of me to build my confidence and have had body confidence since a kid and is a working progress, and it can take a while to get my confidence to increase and it how I feel when I wake up in the morning. This morning I managed to get up before my alarm went came on and go the time wrong but did help me to slowly get dressed without needing to rush around.
I have spoken about this in many of my blogs about how people think because you wake up early that naturally you must be a morning person. Can I just say, NOT TRUE! I can be a mrs grumpy and so never be fooled if I can lie in I will.
My life has changed so much that I often find I can't keep up and doing that walk today made me feel so better about myself and never walked that way before, but was so worth it, and great do on days when you don't feel your best.
We all get down days and it is all about doing different things and I had time to kill and was such a nice day. I was planning to do a long walk again and so was perfect and will walk that way again.

I have just posted it, I really wished I had captured today but will do this next time. It surprising how as you keep walking how you come across new and different places.
Life is about trying new things, and gave me such a boost in energy.
Tomorrow I am planning another walk, and may take a trip up London but see how I feel.
Exercise has never come easy so I thought but as a kid always had hobbies, and went to dancing school and is good for keeping fit and I know now this sounds like Cliche, but it is, and my dad was a walker so gonna keep it up.

Youtube is a good place to go for working out and I did used to buy a fitness magazine but not able to find it, but they have many exercises you can do.
I like to workout my whole body, and what I have been doing to help get myself to exercise is done 6 different exercises, but today I wanted to do a workout from Youtube and that is the key do what you want the increases the heartrate and different types to keep the momentum to do some at home exercising if you don't want to join a gym.
So it is almost time for my to get to bed got another early start so see you then.
