When there are sad times in our lives and you just want the world to be different/stop hurting others for your own gain

First of all I would like to start with a video, which is a rarity for this blog. It is my weekly Newsletter post and I am talking about how we do need to be kind, let people be happy and want the best for all.

I was once told of a story of a woman who had to flee from Spain because of a war broke out and so she fled to England, and it was because her country had broke into a CIVIL War. She did in the end make a new life for herself, and it makes us see that even countries who should be together can full apart, and I loved it when my nan talked about the second world war and how everyone apart from Germany and France, pulled together to help one another.

Now we are in Pandemic, we should be doing the same. I never attack anyone, but we are allowed to be angry at times and let our emotions out rather than bottling them up.

So let those who are on their own that they are still loved and cared for, as we all want this deadly flu to go, and I don't like being angry or upset but I wear my heart on my sleeve and that is how I have always been. Shoot me if that is wrong, but I am allowed to feel, it is part of being human and that is what makes us who we are.

Stay safe, stay strong and lets help carry each other and be as one.

It That Time When we Have to do it all again/Weekly Newsletter blogpost

Hello and welcome! So it is time when we have to do it all again, and it can feel like Groundhog Day where everyday is the same, and this can really impact on how we feel and want to change, but feel in fear in doing so.

If you stay in a lot then, this could be the reason. We all need a bit of Vitamin D and when we don't it can influence our feelings on our lives and means you need to make a change if you feel bogged down or that a day is a struggle because of repetition.

I will have somedays where I will take time and go for a stroll, sit in a local park watching the world go by and being with myself and my surroundings. It is a good way to practice Mindfulness, which is mainly concentrating on your breathing and being present with what is arround you.

With the Pandemic it can feel like there is not much to do, but trust me you can still make the days worth getting up for, by having theme days. I loved having Curry Sundays and whilst eating it, having the sitcom Friends or Only Fools and Horses on the TV. You can get everyone up including your kids do a home workout with you.

Make it fun and create a programme with the pleasure of a computer of what is going to be happening on the day and what things you and your family will be doing. I love having a hobby and going to dancing school as a kid made me bare school days as I would focus on home time and my dance class on a Saturday. Just because you are stuck at home as we are in Lockdown doesn't mean you can't have a hobby. There are loads of content online now so have a look through and make each day count.

I am going to add this post to my Life Coaching Programme "Project 2021"and lets help each other through this Pandemic and hope it clears soon.

COViD and my real feelings on Lockdown January 2021

Hello and welcome to my Weekly Newsletter blog. Sorry it is a bit late, I am trying to catch up on my blogs as I also write a few on other sites. Please visit my site: https://www.carriesblognetwork.squarespace.com

In this post I am going to share my real true feelings on COVID and on Lockdown January 2021.

First of all I would like to say for those who have had the virus my heart goes out to you, and I do hope you do get better, and I do believe in praying, and will be doing so, to help that we can at some point go back to some sort of normality, as I do think a lot of people will be suffering, not just with having the virus but not be able to see anyone.

I do think wearing masks to help prevent the virus from spreading is a great way to do that and washing your hands, but I just hope that this doesn't continue into the Spring and Summer, when many families will be wanting to book their holidays. This is because of an Article that came up of passagers not being allowed on flights without one, but if they are on a long haul flight, I can see how tricky this would be, as do you really expect someone who is travelling for 6 to 9 hours with a mask on? I do think this is way too much to expect that.

I for one am in need of a good holiday and so I really hope that it dies down and we can go on our vacations.

I know being a sports fan that I would like to see a sport of some sort for real again, as I love going to see a football or rugby match, and also go to a music festival again. I would like to be involved again in sport in someway one day, but with COVID I think many sports club will be suffering because of the lack of supporters not being able to be attend a match, and see the ticket prices going up, once they can, to gain back the money they have lost, due to the Lockdown.

The music festival I have been to, called the Hard Rock Calling is one of the best and will be hoping that this along with the Hampton Court Music Festival is on. I have many goals and dreams for this year, and I want people to be able to go for a drink in a pub again or for a meal. Just be able to enjoy entertainment.

I think the information we are hearing is a bit speckled and not clear. It has made me fear going to the doctors as I do have a blood test to book, but I just don't want them to refer me to the hospital to have a blood test like they did before, when they couldn't get any blood out of me, to have a blood test.

The other area I worry about, is emergency services. Will this stop them from carrying out arrests or the fire service. They haven't seemed to have mentioned them. Of course they shouldn't be stopping these, but since COVID has come about, I have not heard a Fire Engine going passed where I live, and can be a common occurrence in London.

I do see that many TV programmes have still tried to continue, and I hope soon the theatres will be opening again at sometime, along with Cinemas, as I bet many films aren't able to be made as of yet.

Look out on Netflix where there will be many films being put on there as an alternative to the Cinema, and the same with Virtue TV and Satellite.

Anyway I hope that we can still pull together during these unsure times, and still be able to be sociable even if we do still need to keep our distance.

Well done to those in the NHS who have had to deal with such cases of the COVID virus, and I hope that we can all at some point put this behind us.
