Reflecting on 2020

As with all of the years I have lived from when I could remember I liked to reflect on it, and as I sit here in my room singing to songs I can't believe it is nearly the end. I have been targetted something wrotten and thought that my life would come to an end.

This is a feeling I never want to experience again and it has made me see that I am strong-willed, and I can fight and stay strong.

The year started off quite dark for me and I look back and think "How did I get through that?".

I am listening to great record, of Sir Rod Stewart and the wonderful Rock Queen, Tina Turner, "It Takes two", and if you have never seen the video of this where they are performing in a concert than watch it.

I think after what this year has done, pulled people apart there should be a End of Covid concert and if Tina Turner would come back from retirement for a day have them sing this live, as it is one of the best duets put together.

I love reflecting on a year whilst listening to music as it is the best therapy along with laughter you can have in your life and the songs like "Nothing gonna stop us now", by starship, should be the theme tune for the of this year 2020, because it is amazing as soon as we went into Lockdown how people still pulled together and peformed songs, plays and endless videos of real life, and wrote blogs and books still, that we never felt alone even though some of us were.

This Christmas was going to slightly different as there weren't much Turkey being exported and looked like my idea of having a chinese for Christmas could have actually come true. Yet I bet some may say this has COVID too, as China seems to be getting the blame for Coronovirus.

I say whilst we are still in Lockdown to keep making home Youtube videos and lets have some comedians making videos too, aswell as more actors and singers, plus those who like to make Day in a life ones, which I want to make too. When I do I will let you know.

So lets try and end the year on a high and lets see what 2021 brings.

What you want out of Life

Hello and welcome to another Weekly Newsletter post. On my Thoughts and Advise for this week I talking about What you want out of Life.

If you have had turbulent year like me then it is literally 13 days to go till we are at the end of another year to get ready for a new year.

Life is about living the best life and I talk a lot about this on my Wordpress site:

https://everyonecanbuildacastle.com

Get inspired and create your vision board for next year. I am going to do this once I have finished writing my blog posts due today and for the weekend too.

A vision is a dream and to make it true ask yourself, is there one thing I can do today that will help me towards the life I dream of? It may be having good declutter before Christmas rather than wait until the end of the year, or finishing a home project you have been working on.

Are there things in your life that you no longer care for?

I have had a good clear out this year of people that pretended to be my friends but weren't. I moved away from my home in Epsom as I wanted a new life during COVID 19, and there are more changes on the horizon.

I lived with a man who was obssesed with cleaning, and I didn't want that in my life anymore. I was seen as a slave, which I resented an awful lot and know that I was worth more than that.

What you want out of life is up to you, and just because we have been in Lockdown this year like no other year doesn't mean you should give up your ambitions and goals. It should make you more determind.

Is there an element of your life you want to keep that will support you in the next chapter of your life?

I am loving working at home doing my blogs, so I am going to stick with it and continue to grow my audience, and I want to keep rebuilding my Youtube channel, and talk to the camera again. Check out my Building Self confidence post I have written talking about this:

http://buildingselfconfidencetud.blogspot.com/

I have a lot happening next year, and so I will talk more of this as we get nearer to the new year, and what's to come. I would like time to watch a film or some TV, so I am definitely going to make time for this in my daily and weekly life.

Being a fulltime writer of blogs and books can take its toll and so it is important for me and my sanity to have some time out from writing on some days, and do different things each week, aswell as repetitive things.

It good to have a variety in your life and so being flexible is often a good trait as you can stop with doing to do lists for some days and have free choice days. These can involve anything that makes you relax and chill for a bit.

So I will be back next week with another weekly Newsletter post, but until then I wish you a Very Merry Christmas and Happy New year.

Many thanks for reading,
